Handyman
Standard Hours
Monday to Saturday: 8am – 6pm
£68 first hour, minimum charge of 1 hour
£13.50 per ¼ hour thereafter
Plumbing
Standard Hours
Monday to Saturday: 8am – 6pm
£98 first hour, minimum charge of 1 hour
£24.50 per ¼ hour thereafter
Electrical
Standard Hours
Monday to Saturday: 8am – 6pm
£75 For the first hour
£18.75 per ¼ hour thereafter

What Our Standard Rates Include
Our hourly rates cover the time and expertise of a qualified tradesperson completing the work safely and professionally.
Your booking includes:
- Travel within our normal service area
- Professional tools and equipment
- Experienced tradespeople
- Work carried out safely and efficiently
- Advice on any related repairs or improvements
Materials required for the job are charged separately where needed.

Most jobs have a minimum charge of one hour, which allows time for travel, setup and completing the work safely.
After the first hour, time is charged in 15 minute increments, so you only pay for the time needed to complete the job.
Many small jobs can be completed within the first hour.
Additional Charges
In some situations additional costs may apply, including:
• Materials required for the job
• Parking charges where applicable
• Specialist parts or fittings
• Work outside standard hours
